Users table in backend is just a blanks screen.

Hi guys,

We recently had a database issue that caused a few tables to crash, These were re-built and we managed to get the forum back up and running. However since the we have had a few issues still hanging around.

The most recent I discovered when I was testing the registration and went to the users > Member information to delete the user I had just tested with and found no details, however the pagination remains. please see attached.

When I click on the pagination to go to page 2 I get just a blank white screen!

I hope we have not lost all user details??

Sorry to say that this was a problem I introduced with the responsive redesign of the admin UI. It is fixed in the next update. So it isn’t your data.

Ok, so if I simply upgrade to the latest version, all user data will re-appear?

Yes – except it wont be available until WP 3.9 ships which is currently in beta2.

Other user views still function like the native WP admin users and the front end of SP members list. Sorry about the problem.

No Problem, I am using the native wp user view. However it is taking quite a while to delete all the spam users that have suddenly joined us thanks to wp not allowing more than 15 rows to view.

Might be worth looking at our spam registration plugin. Optionally remove all new registrants who registered x days ago and longer but have never posted…
