If you are asking how to hide the whole panel then you need forum admin > profiles > Profile Tabs and Menus: Open the ‘Account Settings’ box – Uncheck the ‘Display Menu’ option and then update the whole form with the button at the bottom of the panel.

Thanks, that’s what I needed. I didn’t realize that clicking the up/down arrow opened a dialog; I assumed–by the look of it–that clicking those arrows simply moved the menu item up or down in the menu list. Thanks for your help.

They were pretty much standard WP meta-boxes once upon a time but slowly WP abandoned that look. We are just being a little slower to do so 🙂
