I looked in the Options and all the display settings.

Themes have their own admin panel. Note please that only the 'default' theme is complete at the moment.
Font size changes really need to be changed in the theme css file.
I have recently been playing with some font size switching code like you see on some websites - user based and stored in a cookie. I may introduce this...
