WHY can't I download add-ons or find a place for my 5-site code?

Folks, I cannot download or update my plug-ins at all.  I have 3 licenses including a 5-site one.  

Nor can I find a place to upgrade my subscription on my site(s) …

I just sent you a download link via email. Could you please let us know what happens when you try to download or upgrade the plugin. Do you get any error messages?

Hi again!

Sorry, i forgot the licensing issue. If you go to “Forum -> Toolbox -> Licensing”, there you will be able to add the License Key.

And I am curious. Do you get the same errors on all your sites? (Since you have a license for several sites I figure that you have more than one installation of WP)
