We have a Gold Bundle – 2-5 sites – but cannot seem to download plugins without being made to pay. Can you advise please as soon as possible, we’ve got some WP conflicts going on due to old version of your plugins on our sites.
In fact, shouldn’t I see that a plugin is out of date on my websites and update from there, I’ve got green ticks next to them all but many are out of date. Thanks
hmmmm…are you sure you’re logging in with the correct account? I see purchases under three different email addresses. I’ll send you an email to confirm the account you’re using to login and we’ll handle it outside this forum since it’s likely billing or login issue.
Updates would show up under the standard WordPress page.
The green checkmark in the image indicates that the plugin is active – it is not an indicator for whether or not the plugin is up to date.
