What plugin is this pawed by (see attachement)? By Admin Bar? We have admin bar installed on 2 of our forum websites. It is displaying on one, but not on other.

yes, that is from the admin bar plugin…  you have to enable its use (the admin postbag) on forum – admins – global admin options.. and then each admin/moderator can choose whether or not to display it on forum – admins – your admin options…
