I love working from with in this and it’s very easy to work through new posts, however because I’m not the “main” admin, I can’t mark the posts as read. Many I need to leave as unread so the other Admin can respond. I think it would be helpful if there were two options added to this:

Go go topic (Don’t mark as read)

Quick Reply (Don’t mark as read) <~~ this one being the main one I’d love to see added.

That way when I do need to reply and leave it unread, I don’t have to come out of the Postbag, and can continue on.

I’m not sure if this would even be possible, but it would make my life a lot easier, and I think resolve quite a few of the issues with people who don’t like sharing
