Bullets not appearing in the editor

I using the following

WordPress 4.7.4

Simple Press Version 5.7.4

Rich Text Editor using WP TinyMCE Version 3.3.4

After the last update the 'bullets' have disappeared from the editor. This happens only in the HTTPS version of my forum. I have a sandbox version which in a HTTP version and it works fine there.

I have attached a couple of screenshots.
