Can I trigger the email digest run manually?

I have an issue I am trying to resolve with the email digest.  Is there a way I can trigger the process that runs and sends out email digests manually so I don’t have to wait 24 hours to see if something works?

Forum Admin > Toolbox > Cron Inspector. Go down to the ‘Run Cron’ section and enter:

sph_subs_digest_cron

in the input field and click on the Update Cron button at the bottom.
