It actually looks like it may have been cut off at the top and the ‘X’ is hidden off-screen. This should not happen but your site may be reporting an incorrect display size. Does it work with a smaller image?

By the way – you can also close it using the ESC key…

Thanks. We will investigate. As a recent blog post said – we are using a very early ‘alpha’ of 5.8 so we do expect a few issues. Will get this fixed up..

Whoops! Misunderstood. I see it now. Thanks for the tip.

Hello Mr Yellow ,thanks for your prompt reply, thank you
Now I try another picture, it has a smaller size, here , it ‘s normal now, so should I set up the limit length of the uploading image ?  Which length it usually be ?

It could be one of two things. Are you able to give me a link to a page that has the oversized image so I can take a look?

OK – try this…

Go to the forum admin > themes > Custom CSS – and enter the following rule:

.ui-dialog { z-index: 999 !important; }

which should fix it for you.

also just for additional info, you can also hit escape to close it…

Thank you, Mr Yellow and Mr Papa,
Just got another question, is it possible that after a user registered for a member, it redirects to the forum profile not to wordpress profile, a friend tells me this makes him confusing, that he need to face to the woocommerce profile while registered in a forum.

You can set it (in the Profile Options) to load the forum profile page when a user first visits the forum. So that might do what you need. But remember that users do not register for the ‘forum’. They register for the ‘website’ of which the forum is just a part.

I re-read this morning (it was late for me and I was tired!) and what I should have perhaps pointed to is the login and registration admin panel under components section. This is where you can set up redirects.

Mr Yellow ,thanks for the point out, never thought would take you so much time on this topic, thank you.

So I then set the login and registration like this: screenshot

And tried to register a new member on my side, it works like this:

1.set username and email address, registration email sent

2.go to email box, click the link the the registration email to set password

3.login with the new password

and sadly in my case, it still redirects to woocommerce my account page, lol

I don’t know whether woocommerce has  a higher authority, so sp’s redirect didn’t work
