Editor TinyMCE Rich Text / not showing options

Hi,

I installed the Editor TinyMCE Rich Text  plugin on 2 websites. 

Here is a screen shot of webiste 1 ( http://www.cannabismarijuana-seeds.com/ )

You see the options link 

 

Here is a screen shot of website 2 http://www.growshopmarktplaats.nl

Notice there are no options.  

How can this be ?

any chance it got uploaded as tinymce-richtext1 (or some other number at end)?

do the options show up under forum – components?

yes Editor (TinyMCE)  shows up under  components.

you didnt answer the plugin folder name question though…

Oke cool 2 problems solved.

How can it be that that folder gets the rong name ?

We are still trying to replicate it here so we can debug it. Typically it has not yet happened to any of us. We use WP core code for these updates so we have to assume the issue is somewhere in the interface between the two.
