Editor TinyMCE Rich Text plugin not wirking

I installed the Editor TinyMCE Rich Text  plugin. When I click the edit button the  Editor TinyMCE Rich Text  plugin does not show. Furthermore, after installing the plugin and clicking the edit button. I DO NOT see any of the old text that I was trying to edit.  Any ideas?

You may possibly have a JavaScript conflict – your wp theme or another plugin – which needs to be fixed. This codex article explains what this means and what to look for:
