I’m able to upload and activate SP plugins, but when I click on “options” to edit plugin settings I get the following:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function spa_paint_close_container() in /problem-with-post-edit-buttonome/steal7/public_html/touchmba/members/wp-content/sp-resources/forum-plugins/profile-display-control/admin/sp-profile-display-control-admin.php on line 24

Fatal error: Call to undefined function spa_paint_close_container() in/problem-with-post-edit-buttonome/steal7/public_html/touchmba/members/wp-content/sp-resources/forum-plugins/post-thanks/admin/sp-thanks-admin-options.php on line 52

Basically, there is no button to update the plugin options (for any plugin that has “options”)

I am using SP 5.4.2 if that helps?Screen-Shot-2014-06-25-at-1.14.58-AM-1.png

Sounds to me like you have updated a Simple:Press plugin that requires the latest version of Simple:Press core (5.0). I thought the updater was supposed to warn you about this but maybe you or it missed it this time.

It is a harmless and non-destructive error that will only show up in the admin side but it will show up on just about all admin panels. For that and other obvious reasons I would recommend updating your Simple:Press to V5.0

I updated SP to V5.5 and I no longer get this error message on my plugins, thanks
