Hi guys,
This is Pete. The "Add Files" button and drag-n-drop function is not working with the File Uploader plugin. You can see in the pic it's faded out.
Our forum pages are excluded from our cache plugin (Wp Rocket). And I cleared the general cache in the toolbox, but that didn't do anything.
Any idea what could be causing that?

perhaps a js conflict issue... anything in the browser console?
is your wp theme a bootstrap based theme? does it happen with the default wp theme?
a link to your site would be more useful than an image so we can inspect the html/css/js...

We ended up fixing it by deactivating and then activating our iThemes security plugin.
Not sure what's up with that, but will keep an eye on it.
