I seem to be having an issue with mobile image uploads (from device camera). When a user attempts to upload an mage taken from their smartphones’s camera theyzxzxz receive the error below.

so more info please… what phone? and what browser? just this user or all users?

Sorry for the delayed response. We are using Samsung Galaxy S 5s and note 4s with Google Chrome or the built-in web browser on the phones. This seems to happen with all users.

so no problem with those in our tests… does it work here for you?
guessing so, which means some sort of js conflict on your site that comes up with mobile.. tough to track down… can we have link to look?
