Hi, we have one user who cannot get the ‘Add Files’ button to work. Neither can they drag/drop files into the window. Seems to be working fine for me and everyone else.
Do you have any idea what advice I could give them? They’ve very recently upgraded to Windows 10, don’t know if this is relevant.

We have had a couple of reports that this button does not work under Windows 10 when using the new MS Edge browser. This is something that is due to be tested this coming weekend. If there IS a problem there is a strong potential for it to be an MS ‘edge’ problem as clearly all other browsers work just fine.
Perhaps you can check if your user is working with Edge and if so, at least for now, recommend a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome.
