Hi there, just wondering is it a normal occurance for simple-press registration to not send out mails?
We advised them to check on both spam and inbox but no where to be found.
I’ve noticed esp. when it’s a hotmail.com email address.
Any possible way to re-send a registration link to them within simple press?

It isn’t an SP function to send registration emails. Actually any emails. This is all pure WordPress which is responsible.
Sadly – as anyone who trawls the WP forums will know – emails failing to be sent is a very common complaint. Whenever someone asks we always recommend installing the HGK SMTP plugin which we use on this site and in most cases this seems to clear up the problem.
