I read somewhere that SP is compatible with all in one seo, if so could you please explain how it works?
I noticed when I have all in one seo on my site I can add title, tags, description to all my blog posts.
I did not see that option for simple-press unless I need to configure the plugin or something.

I always have to be careful when answering SEO questions as I am a bit of a dunce when it comes to this! No doubt Mr Papa or Brandon C will correct anything I say that may be wrong.
The forum utilises a single WP page that was created when SP was installed. As I understand it, you can set up AIOSEO data on that page as with all pages. Or – as it is a single page but is used for all forums and topics etc., a better option is to NOT use the AIOSEO settings on that page but to set your SEO data in the forum admin > Components > SEO. And to be honest, the popup help on those admin sections will probably do a better job of explaining things than I can!
By the way, SP also supports the WP Google Sitemaps plugin.
As Andy says, for the wp page the forum is on, dont fill in any SEO page specific data… let the forum control it…
