Image Catcha Not Working

I’ve tried multiple times to drag the correct image into the circle, but all I get is, “ERROR: You must drag the proper image to the circle as verification”  I’ve tested it in Safari and Firefox with same results.

I assume you are referring to its use on the site registration form. you seem to have deactivated it at the moment so I can’t look at it but if you want to reactivate it we can take a look at the behaviour

Yes, I re-activated again.  Feel free to create a user if you need to test anything.  I appreciate the help.

There is a script error in the ddSmoothMenu component which, i believe, may have been bundled with your WP theme (although I may be wrong about that). The error us causing all other scripts to stop working.

I can only assume this is because the WP registration form doesn’t have a menu and ddSmoothMenu is not checking for and taking this into account.

Thanks for the reply.  I’m not 100% how to proceed with this info.  Do I bounce it back to the template developer or is it something that can be resolved with some coding assistance?
