Hey Jean-Michel,

Have you had a look at the permissions for uploading? Chances are they are not enabled. Access them from your admin page > forum > permissions.

Also take a look at this codex entry on the plugin. Might be there is some other useful information in there,

Hope this helps

Good stuff. Having a look now it seems fine, but if the theme was causing problems it’s likely it was loading it’s own jquery library, although I would have expected more problems than just the file uploader.

Glad you have it sorted.

Hello,

I add and question.

I’ve got a problem with the plugin file Upload, with subscribers they have this message when they want upload image:

Error 106 – Upload file size exceeds maximum allowed size –

But the image size take 108ko (limit 1500ko) and 800x800px (limit 1500×1500)

But i've tryed with many image and different size but i've got the same problems. I'm administrator i can do this but another user can't add any image.

It's not the size the problems i think it's the type of user

Could you help me?

Thanks a lot

you are only allowing for a 2000 BYTE file size…  that is approximately 2kb…  you seem to be uploading a 473kb file…  is that correct?  If so, 473kb is much larger than your limit of 2kb…
