Hey,

I’m pretty new to this and just became a member, is there somewhere that explains what the plugins do and how to use them?

I would like to know what these plugins do, how to use them and where they appear:

Admin Bar
Quick Tags bbcode Editor
Quick Tags HTML Editor
TinyMCE WYSIWYG Editor
Captcha
Gravatar Cashe
Syntax code highlighting
Tags
Template Tags
 
I’m just not sure what these are, what they do or, obviously, how to use them.
