Localization does not work for plugins

I downloaded and installed files with the localization of two plug-ins. But there is no localization. What am I doing wrong?

Did you read this: http://codex.simple-press.com/codex/installation/installation-information/localization/ and make sure that your SP .mo file names match your language code as set in wp-config.php?
