Need to subscribe all members to "Announcement" forum

I need to be able to subscribe all members to the Announcement forum. How can I do that? I don’t see it in the admin page.

there is no auto built in way to force all users to be subscribed to a forum (opt in vs opt out paradigm)…

but, using the membership subscribe plugin, you can finagle your way through it… that plugin allows members getting added to a usergroup to get auto subscribed to a forum…  you would have to remove users from the usergroup, then readd them…
