Only the administrator can upload attachments using the uploader plugin

I have not idea why this happens. I have several accounts of my website, but only the administrator can upload attachments when I am trying to post something.

Have you given your users permission to upload files? Note, that each upload type, images, media and file, is a unique permission.

If you believe users have this permission, try going to forum – toolbox – housekeeping and resetting the auths cache.
