plugins fail to install on my site

Hi There, I have tried and failed to install any of your plugins on my site. I even had to ftp the simple press when I first installed it. Is there any way to add additional plugins without having to ftp each? I have attached a screenshot of the error….

What is the error? And with the exception of the main SP core plugin are you putting the SP plugins in the right place? I.e., not trying to load them up as WP plugins?
