Cool it seems to be fully set up now as Ive added all the forums with their own email addresses and the error mesg now says – Connection Successful – 🙂
Will test functionality later when I get a chance and report back
Yep problem solved – installed and tested both members replies and admin posting.
Well worth the hassles for this great functionality !

Just aa a worthwhile task it is a good idea to look at the post by email log every now and then. Some users do get it wrong and the log will show if there are any failures.
