I try to use post rating plugin but it’s don’t work.
I activate them in category, try with different account, and i try another forum find here like this:

so what doesnt work?? can you provide more info? category?? do you mean forum? what happens when you try to rate? errors? other? try with the browser console open to see if any js errors…
on quoting, that user (as documented on this forum) has another plugin causing that… its not simple press… he is investigating… if you have similar text inserted, would suggest same thing… try with wp default theme and/or with all other wp plugins disabled and see if still occurring…
