Private Messaging Error Message for Non WP Admins

I am having issues with the Private Messaging plugin. It gives the following error for all non WordPress site admins “A Suspect Request has been Rejected”. I set permissions on Simple Press so all users have access to the PM system, but I can only send PM’s from my WordPress Admin account.

I have tried deactivating all of my WordPress plugins and Simple Press plugins, then just re-activated the PM plugin and I still get the message.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Can you tell me exactly when you see that message? What is happening at the time?  What was the sequence leading up to it?

For information – that message will show up when the system expects a simple number and gets, instead, a non-numeric value. Designed as part of the security against hacking.

I ended up reloaded my WordPress site backup and starting over from scratch, removing plugins I didn’t need and it works now. So must had been some plugin conflict error.

or perhaps one of you sp plugins was out of date compared to the sp core version…  but glad you are back working…

Definitely not out of date sp plugins, I purchased and downloaded sp and the plugins yesterday. Had to be a non-sp WP plugin that somehow broke something in sp.
