I am using the forum plug-in, and I have another plug-in called Maven Forum that ties into Infusionsoft.
I haven’t done any customization to the plug-in, but when I go into a profile and edit it, it takes me to a blank text page, with no way back to the forum. Seems like a glitch.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
what do you mean by forum plugin? do you just mean simple press? sorry, what is Maven Forum?? and Infusionsoft?? you are running two forums apps??
which forum profile are you referring to? is it the simple press forum? and our profile? when you save, you get a blank page? if so, sounds like a js conflict since ajax and js is used to refresh the forum… but hard to tell since I cannot see a profile… any errors in the browser console when you try to update it?
Nevermind, I’m not sure why but after uninstalling and reinstalling everything it worked.
