when who votes?  do they have permission to rate posts?

and  you still have that same js error we talked about in a previous topic.. it may be buggering up any js loaded after it on your site…

yes, they have a permission (guest, member)

I do not how to fix js error, how you can see error?

open the browser console…   js errors are reported there…

and btw, if you look at the rate post permissions, you will see that it does not apply to guests… guests cannot rate posts because of the difficulty in tracking votes (way too easy to spoof and cast many votes)…
