ok I fixed the widget, but I still can’t delete post.  I read some other posts and it looks like you have to add a plugin that allows you to delete posts.  What is the name of the plugin? 

there are multiple ways to delete stuff…  the two most common are the admin bar plugin and the forum tools…

the forum tools are part of core…  and when you hover over a forum row or a topic row, an icon will appear that you can click on and it will open a popup window with numerous tools you can use including deleting a post…

the admin bar is for unread posts or posts in moderation…

Are you saying when you hover the mouse cursor over the topic or post rows you do NOT get the forum tools icon appear over on the left?

but everything on the forum thinks differently…  look at links… more like:  http://rotosmack.com/forum/

need to get that squared away first… might go to forum – integration – page and permalink and update the permalink…
