So just providing the wp version of jquery should i solve that? Anyway i’m going on the support page of the theme and ask clarification!

no guarantees… but just want to remove potential obstacles… we have seen versions of jquery from googleapis that do not match the wp… and then when both are loaded, there are conflicts…
so just trying to remove potential issues…
but there is something weird in js going on in your site…

Ya i saw something is strange. Anyway it’s related to the theme that is a Premium Theme unriched of many things. Anyway how can i avoid loading multiple versions of Jquery?
I’ll try loading wp version and see qhat happen!

normally I would find where the theme is loading the jquery, usually in header.php or functions.php… and replace it with the wp api calls to load jquery: http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_enqueue_script
