Rotating Announce pluging

Is it possible to make rotating messages in the Announce Plugin?  If so, where can i get the coding for that?

Afraid not….

But if you know of or have a WordPress plugin that will do it then it probably can  be hooked in fairly easily.

“fairly easy” is the terms professionals use that dumba$$e$ like me mean difficult as hell!  lol
