Also notice all the accordion menu tabs are open. That typically signifies an issue with another plugin or a plugin that is loading things in admin that it shouldn’t be.

can you check your error log too?  the page is not completing display it appears… it seems to be missing the wp (and sp) admin footer at the bottom… can you verify?

if so, need to understand what php error (could be other) is occurring…

might be worth loading the page with the browser console open and see if anything else listed there…

Sorry to say that in this case, as it is the admin side of things, Steve was really meaning the server side php error log which can usually be viewed via your hosting contra panel. The SP log really only deals with the front-end public facing side of things.
