edit your sp theme (not ours, but yours to keep from losing updates)… the spTopicView.php template file and remove the template tag that outputs it in every post…

look in the options… forum – components – share this… you can have it in a popup widget or open new page…

Sorry to say that I am woefully ignorant of that plugin and how it works so I am unable to advise quickly. And Steve (Mr Papa) is away for a couple of days.

afraid this is not directly possible using the facebook button…  in order to force sharethis to do that, you have to write a bunch of custom js and php scripts…  its beyond the scope of our plugin.

but what you can do is remove the standalone facebook button… use the share this button which opens their widget in a popup… from within that widget, if you click on the facebook button, it does open in a popup…
