Subscription plugin broke my forum 🙁

After installing and activating as normal there were some errors displayed and now the forum is broken. Any ideas how to fix this?

You will notice from that error message that it created a folder called ‘sunscriptions-1’ – this should just be ‘subscriptions’. If you change this name then all will be OK.
