Subscription plugin doesn't send email

I tested subscription. In the topic, I set subscription and added new post. In the subscription button it shows new post but it doesn't send email.

 

The most latest version of SP5 (Build 7781), Themes(v1.08), and plugins(Subscription v1.0.4) were installed and used for test.

Why would it send mail to the person who wrote the post?
