So I just upgraded to Simple:Press Silver. I got the subscriptions plugin and I’m trying to set it up so that it’ll automatically subscribe a user to a topic that they post in.

It has not been working. No email is being sent out. Also, after you post in a topic it still says “You are not currently subscribed to any topics” under the ‘Subscribed’ tab.

Ok, so I got it to send emails. It looks like you need a fresh account to get emails working properly. Any ideas of how to get old accounts to receive emails? I tried going into the profile settings and enabling the auto-subscribe options, but that didn’t seem to help.

Also, I was wondering if there was a way to make it so users are automatically subscribed to topics they create. I saw that there is a manual way to do this in the settings, but I would like it to be a default option.
