Subscriptions plugin FATAL ERROR

I’ve just downloaded and activated the subscriptions plugin.

Now every page of the forum shows this:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function sp_forum_ajax_support() in/home/content/08/11346408/html/wp-content/sp-resources/forum-plugins/subscriptions/template-tags/sp-subscriptions-review-button-tag.php on line 12

 

Line 12 reads:

sp_forum_ajax_support();

 

Please tell me what to do to fix this issue.

So you know – this is the third problem I’ve had today trying to upload and activate everything. I’m not impressed.

No need to shout? I’m just expressing my disappointment that none of my purchased plugins or themes are working. I’ve paid for this support too – I’d expect a more useful reply than that!

Could you please provide me with a link to the topic?

what verison of simple press are you running???  looks like an older, outdate one that is not compatible with the version of the subscriptions plugin you are using…  do you have simple press 5.7?

Hi Mr Papa,

 

I’ve fixed all of the issues now… you were right, my simplepress plugin was a bit out of date. I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version. I also removed my WP multisite installation. Everything now works fine.
