And this user happens to be Admin #2, so it’s kinda vital.
It’s definitely something associated with their account, as when they let someone else log into the site, that other user (standard subscriber) has the Tiny MCE editor show up as normal. Same computer, same browser.
However myself, the other admin, and the other moderators have no issues what so ever.
Any ideas?
check their sp profile, its possible their options have selected another editor as their choice… we dont make any editor display decisions based on a user except for their profile selection…
Nope. Tiny MCE is selected in their profile.
Have uninstalled Tiny MCE, reinstalled it, reset, the lot.
dont know what to say… there is no checks done on user by user basis for editors other than their profile option…
do both have same wp roles? note, not sp, but wp… think you already say they had same sp memberships…
