TinyMCE editor breaks html lists on edit

How to reproduce:

Add an ordered list (i found it with that but probably with unordered too), make the post, go to edit post after posting, TinyMCE adds spaces and unnecessary <ol> tags (if you look in the html view).

A bigger issue than this appears when using the spoiler tag, editing the post breaks the whole template, making the list go outside the posts and forums divs like the following snippet (try to post and repost the edit without touching anything else):

sdfsdfsdf
sdgfdsg[ /spoiler ]
[ * ]sadasfsa

[ /list ]

(remove spaces between the brackets, it was getting formatted here)

Before going any further – why the bbCode in a Rich Text editor?

Because this is an import and i was using bbcodes in my old forum. But all the bbcodes there (list and *) are supported natively by TinyMCE too, except spoiler but that is your plugin.

Anyway i tried without bbcodes too, using the ordered list button in tinymce and it’s the same thing.

TinyMCE does not support or process bbCode unless you have a special bbCode plugin installed.

OK – I will try this but I will try it on the next version. WordPress are upgrading to V4 of TM in their next release (3.9) and we are having to rewrite much if our code to deal with this so it makes no sense for me to test this in the current version. As soon as we have it stable in our test/development I will take a look.
