TinyMCE missing buttons even though Options are listed

I have just noticed that some of my buttons are not showing up in my editor window, I’ll show you toolbar 1:

bold,italic,underline,strikethrough,forecolor,|,bullist,numlist,|,blockquote,outdent,indent,

|,link,unlink,|,undo,redo,|,image,media,|,pastetext,pasteword,|,spoiler,

|,code,spellchecker,|,wp_adv,sp_help

(I added the returns to wrap the long line here.)

My toolbar has no font forecolor, for example.

I see the word “styles” and a box with the arrow that you should be able to click to drop down and chose styles, but there’s nothing in the box.

Just a couple of examples, there are others.

I can post using Bold, but italics looks fine while in edit, but after it’s saved, it moves itself to the far right or far left if I try to center. Bold doesn’t do that, it seems to work as expected.

Any ideas?

The buttons disparity might mean that you have another plugin that is adding components in some way to TinyMCE. Any such plugin installed? Or perhaps your WP theme?

Thank you, yet again.

Yes, I found an old version of TinyMCE hiding in my main WP plugins. I deactivated and my TinyMCE editor in SP works just as I would expect, all buttons accounted for.

I’m so impressed with SP itself, and I can hardly believe how helpful you all are and have been to others. What a breath of fresh air.laugh
