Might need a bit more information – like can you describe what you see?
Also worth asking firstly if you have any TinyMCE extension WP plugins or add-ons active and, if so, what happens if you deactivate them?

These sort of plugins are usually OK when you have full control over what is running but when you include them with other plugins…. Most of which will dictate to WP whether to load certain scripts in the header or the footer… which they do for a purpose of course!

perhaps the plugin was also minifying while moving to footer… most of those plugins struggle if already minified js files are provided…

sorry, not following…  not sure what that has to do with minimized js – if that was indeed the issue…  is that just more on the problem?  but you have it resolved now without the other plugin?

Understood. My guess is that it was causing a conflict with the TinyMCe script somewhere deep in it’s workings.
