Is there any possible way to add more custom fields to a post similar to the way the description plugin adds that field?

We’d like to be able to inform our users to include information such as “Attachment Name” or “Article Name,” etc so that people viewing the forum can quickly and easily see which post contains what.

Alternatively, this could potentially be accomplished with the topic description text box, but is there a way to add or modify the label so that we can instruct the user to include this information?

For example, instead of simply saying “Topic description” could we make it say “Topic description (include article name, class, semester)”
