I’d like to use the Topic Status plugin but when I went to install it there was ****notice**** that it is under development.
Does this mean it’s not safe to use on an active site? I’m currently getting a LOT of support questions and I’m having a hard time keeping track of which ones I’ve resolved.
If the topic status plugin shouldn’t be used on an active site, how do you all keep track of issues here? Do you have a recommended solution?

The topic status plugin is as ready to use as SP itself.
All of SP V5 plus all plugins are still at RC stage so we don’t really recommend using any of it on live sites of course but yes – please do go ahead. And the notice will be removed
The whole point of beta/RC is to find and squash bugs we have not found ourselves. Topic Status is a little used plugin and it would be good to have someone using it in case there are any issues.
