Update Ban Plugin error

In the wordpress updates section of my website, it says the ban plug-in has an update. When I go in to update it, an error occurs that says: An error occurred while updating Ban: The plugin is at the latest version

Is this a known issue?

Nope.  no such known issues… what version do you have? what version is it asking you to upgrade to?

check your sp plugins folder and make sure only one copy of plugin…

if still issue, probably easiest to just upload the latest via ftp…

Well the update message says I have 1.0.7 installed. It wants me to install version 1.0.8.

 

I currently have 1.0.7 installed. I’ll check my folders and see if I have more than one copy in there.

the latest version is definitely 1.0.8… and its what are site gives you… please do check for multiple..

and barring that, just download and install via ftp…
