I see the upload attachments button and the 3 others next to it.
When I press the upload button the window expands to the following.
Nothing else happens.
If i drag the file or image to the space under the buttons the image or ducument goes into a big screen but isnt saved as an attachment.
what version of sp is this? and which theme and version? and same on file uploader plugin…

if you give us a link to your site, we can look for obvious conflict..
