Since I went live with my “new” website and the last version of SP with PM plugin, I have received 2 complaints of users receiving email with a new PM notification but no new PM messages.
Has this happened to other users? I didn’t see it for myself yet, but what could it be?
Nope, no caching. I will wait and ask the user to send me those emails and check user PM stats.
Can you check the error log as well in case there was a DB write issue. That should generate a public-facing message but people can miss them sometimes.
