Users wanting to delete attachments they've made

There are some users who wish to delete attachments that they’ve made in posts. Does anyone know how they can do this?

If they can edit the post, they can remove the attachments…  otherwise, its up to the admins to remove… 

we do have an open ticket to add some sort of method for users to be able to manage their attachments, but no ETA…
