Where is the Font Resize plugin?

Do you know when the Font Resize plugin will be available again? The plugin page currently says: 

[This page is marked as: Requires Updating]

thats just a codex informational page.. you wouldnt download it there..

if you want to download it, go to our plugins download page…  see the download link in our nav menu here on this site…

That note in the codex is basically for us to keep track of changes that may be needed in the codex itself. It doesn’t mean the plugin is not available just that we need to update the information there.
